Standard Service Agreement
Texas Financial Services LLC will assist in the identification and/or recovering of assets and establishment of ongoing benefits if applicable for the undersigned. This may include recovery from banks, mortgage lenders and commodities brokers and/or other private institutions. This may also include agencies of The State of Texas, agencies of the County, County courts, County Appraisal Districts, County utility providers and/or other public institutions.
Texas Financial Services LLC will be compensated in the amount of *___ % of the recovered amount. No fee will be owed by the undersigned if the information or actions provided by Texas Financial Services LLC does not result in recovering assets . Once the recovery has been made and the undersigned receives their money/assets, payment of *___ % of the recovered amount/value must be made within 10 business days to the address below or subject to a billing fee of $25.00 dollars.
